Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

• Continuously monitor mixer truck status to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize equipment and labor use
• Communicate with drivers regarding routes, start/end locations, and job progress
• Adjust dispatch schedules in real-time to reflect accurate information
• Issue tickets for upcoming loads and verify ticket accuracy
• Contact customers to confirm or update delivery times
• Manage production and delivery schedules
• Collaborate regularly with drivers, plant operators, production managers, and operations management to resolve issues promptly
• Track driver qualifications (load capacity, multi-state licensing, experience) to assign appropriate jobs
• Work closely with dispatch operations manager to allocate equipment and personnel efficiently
• Cross-trained to cover Scheduler duties as needed
• Assist in monitoring driver ELDs and perform basic troubleshooting

• Experience in construction or transportation industries preferred
• Basic knowledge of Google Suite, email, and Excel
• Familiarity with the local area
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy amid changing daily variables
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division including fractions)
• Comfortable learning and using software programs
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, logical, and professional
• Able to read and interpret maps and directions
• Capable of multitasking and working independently or within a team
• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed
