As the Cut Fruit Supervisor, you will oversee the cut fruit department, ensuring that high standards of freshness, presentation, and safety are met. You will lead a team in preparing, packaging, and displaying a variety of cut fruits while providing outstanding customer service.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the cut fruit department
• Ensure all cut fruit is prepared, packaged, and displayed according to company standards for quality and presentation
• Train and mentor team members on food safety practices and proper cutting techniques
• Monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering supplies, and manage waste effectively
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and address any inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the preparation area and ensure compliance with health regulations
• Implement promotional displays and strategies to enhance sales of cut fruit products

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a grocery or food service environment is preferred
• Strong knowledge of fruit preparation techniques and food safety standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
