Overview

Providence is calling for Registered Nurses (RNs) in Anchorage, Alaska. We are a community of caregivers delivering compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.

• Deliver and supervise safe, quality, individualized nursing care to assigned patients following the nursing process and the Nurse Practice Act (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Assess, treat, and provide care for patients across various populations and ages as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to support patient-centered, whole‑person care.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Alaska Registered Nurse license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.

Full‑time position – 40 hours per week. Day shift with multiple shift options available.

• Base pay range: $43.29 – $76.06 per hour (dependent on experience).
• Potential for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
• Up to $10,000 hiring bonus.
• Relocation assistance for eligible full‑time external hires that meet required qualifications and payment conditions.
