Shift requirements: 12-hour variables Days and Nights
Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and every other Holiday.
Float: To alike units. Float:
Howard Young, Tomahawk, Rhinelander. Floating can and will be prescheduled if needed
On Call/Call Back :
Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours
Required Certs: WI RN license, AHA or Red Cross BLS, and AHA or Red Cross ACLS required
Minimum experience: 2+ years Med Surg experience. I travel assignment preferred
Patient Ratio 1_4-5 Dyas 1:6 Nights
Charting experience: EPIC required
Scrub Color: any
