Job Description
The main requirement for Domino's Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) is to have a positive personality, a clear and highly energetic voice, and a strong customer‑service orientation. They must speak with customers throughout their shift, handle various customer‑related issues, and be well‑versed in product details, services, charges, and other important information that will be relayed to customers when needed.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member may be required to work outdoors in varying temperatures, in a noisy environment, near moving mechanical parts, with dangerous equipment or sharp tools, and around fumes, odors, dust, or toxic chemicals. The position can be physically demanding: the team member may need to use hand repeatedly, stand for prolonged periods, bend over, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch, stoop, or kneel.
Specific Duties- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions.
- Advertise “wobble boarding.”
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information.
- Prepare and package food products.
- Collect payment and hand out orders to customers.
- Resolve product or service issues by determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related requests as needed.
We will ensure you receive training and a positive learning experience when you join our team. Wage for all CSRs is minimum wage, with the option for raises in $0.25 increments, up to a maximum of $1.00 over minimum wage, before being eligible for a management position. CSRs frequently receive tips on a daily or bi‑weekly basis via an in‑store tip pool.
- Be 15 years or older.
- Be attentive to detail.
- Be customer‑oriented, friendly, and energetic.
- Have cash‑management skills.
- Be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, which may include nights, weekends, and emergencies.
- Be willing to learn and be comfortable performing other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed, and work the listed duties with reasonable accommodations if required.
All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Pay is $15.05‑$17.00 hourly with additional tips and mileage compensation when applicable.
