As a FAST Team Member, you must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
- Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress, issues, and solutions.
- Complete planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely.
- Perform cycle counts and complete the Tractor Way top cap process.
- Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
- Ensure planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value. - Provide exceptional shopping experiences that differentiate us from competitors.
- Be prepared to provide peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
