RN Supervisor, Med-Surg​/Tele — Lead Care & Education

A healthcare provider in Eagle Pass, Texas, is seeking a Supervisor for the Med-surg/Tele department. This role is responsible for the daily operations, ensuring timely and compassionate care to patients while overseeing staff duties. The Supervisor will also handle conflict resolution, staff evaluations, and assist in education. Candidates must have a Texas RN License, previous supervisory experience is preferred, along with BLS and ACLS certifications.
