Manager, OSP Operations

We're hiring for a Manager of OSP Operations. This position is available in Eagle Pass and Uvalde Texas.

• Achieve annual construction goals on time and on budget
• Assure quality across all projects, adhering to control measures and protocols
• Plan for adverse weather conditions and environmental factors that can impact timelines
• Provide leadership and mentorship to both full-time employees and contractors
• Resource allocation, including personnel and equipment
• Oversee and manage fiber optic splicing projects to ensure timely and quality completion
• Review and approve inspection reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Quickly addressing any incidents to minimize service disruptions

• BS/BA degree in construction management, electrical engineering or civil engineering or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of management experience in OSP construction, including leading teams in fiber optic construction and telecommunications.
• Strong understanding of telecom engineering, budget management, project scheduling, and field operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience leading strategic initiatives.
