CSR- In office Sales Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
• Answers any questions regarding customer’s policy
• Accepts payments and processes transactions
• Identifies any potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy
• Follows up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Is involved with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as‑needed basis
• Maintains a neat and clean work area and office
• Completes FNOLs (vehicle inspections)
• Takes vehicle pictures (requires squatting, bending, flexing)
• Performs bank run deposits
• Other duties as assigned

• Computer literate (basic to intermediate skills)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful
• Excellent communication skills, assertive, and ability to provide a first‑rate customer experience
• Must pass state licensing requirements
• Flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation

• High School Diploma
• Previous customer service experience is helpful
