Overview

1099 Contractor Position – Local to Eagle Pass, Texas (and surrounding areas).

Proof Technology is a leading nationwide legal services company connecting independent process servers with firms and individuals seeking their services. Proof is seeking Process Servers to join its network of independent contractors to deliver legal documents in your area. Set your own schedule and determine your workload. You will claim the work you want to complete and track your earnings using an industry-leading mobile app.

Proof provides support through a dedicated operational specialist with every serve.

• Deliver legal documents in your area as a contracted Process Server.
• Set your own schedule and workload; accept jobs via the Proof app.
• Claim and complete jobs and track earnings through the mobile app.
• Coordinate with Proof support through an operational specialist for each serve.

• Must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if state or county laws require it.

• Document Handling:
  Ability to scan and print documents (free printing services available via Fed Ex).
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in process serving or related fields (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.) is required;
  Proof is not an employer and does not provide training.
• NAPPS membership is preferred.
