Part-Time Receptionist (30-35 hours/week)

Shifts are approximately 2-8pm, Monday through Friday.

Are you passionate about youth sports and enjoy working in a vibrant, active environment? Elevate Sports Center is looking for a dedicated and cheerful receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our gym, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our young athletes and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and athletes.
• Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
• Schedule classes and appointments while maintaining accurate records.
• Handle registrations, payments, and general administrative tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all families.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception and lobby area.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team.
• Motivated to foster a positive and engaging experience for children and their families.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not required.
