Description
Primary responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing yellow iron equipment such as loaders, track hoes, dozers, skid steers, etc. Ability to replace pumps, hoses, engine components, wear parts as assigned. Repair and maintenance of screening and crushing equipment and processing plants. Travel to pits located in Utah, Tooele and Salt Lake counties to perform repairs.
ScheduleFull time, overtime available. Benefits available after 60 days.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Diagnosis and repair of yellow iron equipment such as loaders, track hoes, dozers, skid steers, etc, ability to replace pumps, hoses, engine components, wear parts as assigned.
- Repair and maintenance of screening and crushing equipment and processing plants.
- Travel to pits located in Utah, Tooele and Salt Lake Counties to perform repairs.
- 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of yellow iron equipment.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics and diesel engine troubleshooting, preferred.
- Understands and can troubleshoot 12 & 24 volt electrical systems.
- Welding and torching experience preferred.
- Must be able to pass drug screen.
