- Develop software applications by understanding user needs and executing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project execution

- Lead the development team through all phases of the software development lifecycle while mentoring team members
- Provide technical direction and implement improvements for performance, security, and reliability of software components
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional software development teams

- Strong experience with modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), Type Script, Node.js, and Python
- Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and knowledge of SCRUM Agile methodology
- Experience with AI technologies, including concepts like prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Strong presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
