ABC Supply, the nation’s largest distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking a motivated Window Service Technician / Non CDL Driver to join its team. In this role, you will transport, remove and replace broken windows and screens, and make window adjustments onsite to meet the customer’s needs. As well as ensuring the safety of each delivery from the moment you leave the facility until you have completed each job.

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions in the home
• Performing window, glass, and screen repairs on jobsites (reglazing, fixing locks, etc.)
• Checking windows for functionality and making adjustments as needed
• Installing screens, changing broken glass units, and miscellaneous parts
• Communicating arrival windows with homeowners
• Completing a thorough load check on your truck before leaving the branch, ensuring that all delivery materials are firmly secured and all parts of your truck are in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise
• Responsibilities may include warehouse work, including loading and unloading of materials onto or off of trucks or into the warehouse as assigned
• Providing homeowners with a high level of customer service on behalf of our contractor partners

• Valid Driver’s License and medical card are required
• 3-5 years of Window installation or service experience is required
• Experience in glass / window repair is preferred, but not required
• The ability to lift 75-100 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Detail and service-oriented

Pay Rate Information:
$25-30/hr based on experience and qualifications.
