: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year + 5% commissions of sales

Oversee a territory in the South Carolina/Florida area | Make Own Hours! (Adjusting for travel, being on the road, and the daily grind of making calls and seeing potential clients)

This is a remote sales role requiring travel approximately once per week to construction sites and client meetings.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management or business administration
• 5 years of B2B sales experience
• 3 years in a sales/marketing manager role
• Knowledge of the construction industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in the use of Excel
• Must have blueprint reading experience
• A construction background is a plus

Sales

• Identify and develop new customer markets, including:
  • Metal Building Manufacturers
  • General Contractors
  • Architects
  • Design-Build Contractors
  • Roofing Contractors
  • Renovation Contractors
  • Lumber Yards
• Define requirements, participate in the development, and manage the implementation of technical training plans for external sales audiences.
• Develop a strong understanding of product codes and testing requirements.
• Estimate building plans per customer specifications, including material takeoffs and Strukturoc order processing.
• Collaborate closely with inside sales teams to ensure seamless customer support and order execution.

Service

• Call on existing company accounts as directed by the VP of Sales.
• Represent Structure at job sites as needed to support customer relationships and project execution.

Trade Shows

• Organize and manage trade shows within the assigned district.
• Assist with district and national trade show events as needed.
