Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team in Eagan, MN. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for sales.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person
• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide product information and pricing to customers
• Assist with sales presentations and proposals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
