OverviewJoin Heppner Group as a Licensed Medicare Sales Agent, specializing in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans. This is a full-time, sales-focused role for professionals who thrive in consultative conversations and want to grow in the Medicare insurance world.
You’ll work with warm, inbound leads generated by the company—no cold calling or self-prospecting. Your role is to educate, guide, and enroll clients into Medicare plans that best fit their healthcare needs, while building lasting client relationships and residual income.
What You’ll Do- Conduct consultative sales conversations with Medicare-eligible clients
- Educate clients on Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
- Evaluate client needs and confidently recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Complete enrollments during AEP, OEP, and applicable Special Enrollment Periods
- Follow up with warm leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound inquiries
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ethical guidance and ongoing service
- Meet or exceed individual production and performance goals while maintaining full compliance
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence handling consultative, sales-driven conversations
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented mindset with comfort in performance-based compensation
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Organized individual that stays on top of tasks as a main priority
- Base salary + commission
