As the Assistant Store Director, Operations, you will play a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence and supporting overall store performance. You will oversee all operational processes, from workload planning and freight flow to inventory management and digital tool adoption, ensuring a smooth and efficient back‑of‑house operation. This role focuses on optimizing store operations to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while actively contributing to the broader business strategy.

You’ll partner closely with the Store Director and leadership team to implement operational strategies, drive process improvements, and cultivate a customer‑first culture that supports store growth.

• Oversee stock replenishment strategy to meet customer demand and ensure inventory
• Lead a culture of customer‑first decision‑making, ensuring all operations enhance the shopping experience

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations, with proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong understanding of operational processes, inventory management, and freight flow
• Experience with workload planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Comfortable using data and reporting tools to make business decisions and drive improvements
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with digital tools and technology platforms used in retail environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and develop teams
• Proven ability to align operational strategies with business goals and enhance overall store performance
