Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service: understand customer needs, showcase detailed product knowledge, offer personalized styling recommendations.
  • Strategize personal business growth to boost individual productivity using wardrobe planning, successful outreach, and digital tools.
  • Drive sales achievement by supporting the team in meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and upholding brand policies and procedures.
  • Coach and mentor fellow Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer‑centric behaviors and relationship‑building skills.
  • Establish genuine connections with customers, aligning product recommendations with preferences.
  • Consistently exceed Key Performance Indicators such as SPH and data capture.
  • Adapt product presentation based on remote or in‑person customer needs.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Polo Connect to capture customer data for clienteling.
  • Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
  • Balance tasks, prioritize the Ralph Lauren experience, and maintain store visual standards.
  • Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and support a positive, inclusive team environment.
  • Support team training and talent sourcing activities.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  • Preferred: sales experience in a complex, high‑volume or high‑profile specialty environment.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
  • Ability to navigate sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office; manage chemicals safely.
  • Physical capability: lift or climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately.
  • Proficiency operating register, standing, moving and walking for multiple hours.
  • Flexible schedule including day, evening, and weekends.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.

    Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred.
