Responsibilities- Help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering a range of product options, providing samples, and recommending solutions—including installation and related services.
- Listen to customer needs, address concerns, and highlight current promotions and financing options.
- Understand local competitors and communicate Home Depot’s advantages, guiding customers through every step, setting clear expectations, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
- Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and safe, working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service while actively monitoring inventory and driving in-stock support.
