Sterilization Associate

Job Description:

As a Data Collection Associate, you will conduct sample collection and perform manual audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. You will prepare reagent solutions for manual audits, accurately report and document audit findings, and perform data entry and report preparation. Additionally, you will support housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized environment and collaborate with the Safety & Occupational Health team on various projects.

• Conduct sample collection and perform manual audits in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Prepare reagent solutions for manual audits.
• Report and document audit findings accurately and promptly.
• Perform accurate documentation, filing, data entry, and report preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment through housekeeping duties.
• Collaborate with the Safety & Occupational Health team to support initiatives and projects.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to safety and hygiene.

• High school diploma minimum
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is an office-based role with a 4 on-4 off schedule from 6am to 6pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $21.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in Eagan, MN.
