Operator in Subscription Services - 1st shift

• Review job specifications for material and set‑up requirements
• Perform or oversee set‑up tasks and monitor equipment during job runs to ensure product quality
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain preventative maintenance
• Utilize computer‑based workflow applications to manage files and document activities
• Provide work direction to team members and participate in safety programs

• High School Diploma/GED or higher; vocational/technical degree preferred
• Experience leading and training others in an industrial setting
• Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot machinery
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to regularly lift and move weights, and perform various physical tasks

• Previous experience operating Perfect Binders, collators, and packaging lines
• Familiarity with safety rules, operating instructions, and production orders
• Competency in using rulers and measurement tools
• Experience in a fast‑paced production environment
