Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $21.00/hr

We are currently hiring for Sanitation Technicians on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Shift differential: $2.00 if you work on 3rd shift.

SCHEDULE:

• 2nd Shift M-F 2pm-10:30pm
• 3rd Shift - 10pm-6:30am

This is a hands‑on position responsible for maintaining the sanitation standards for the company. The role supports a safe, productive work environment and works closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure food safety and quality.

• Ensure the entire facility (plant, office and company grounds) is kept in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Follow company safety policies, including: utilization of appropriate company‑provided PPE (dust masks, face shields, safety glasses, gloves, chemical‑resistant boots and foaming suits).
• Perform lockout/tagout duties.
• Properly use all cleaning supplies and DSD.
• Work with chemicals such as qua ternary sanitizers, alkaline cleaners, and surface sanitizers.
• Participate in teardown, cleaning, and sanitizing of equipment and work areas throughout the facility.
• Observe and report unsanitary practices and conditions.

• Promote GMPs and food safety policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in Food Safety and Food Defense related activities.
• Perform additional duties as directed.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Food manufacturing sanitation experience preferred but not required.

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stack, and/or carry pans, ingredient containers, etc.
• Able to work in a warm environment consistent with a food facility.
• Willing to work irregular and/or rotating shifts.
• Working weekends is required.
• Safety operating tools and equipment such as compressed air, scrapers, and knives.
• Work with a variety of cleaning and sanitation chemicals.
• Understanding of safe chemical handling practices and SDS.
• Extreme heavy lifting required.
• Ability to bend, climb and stand for an entire shift.

• Ability and willingness to complete tasks with detail and accuracy.
