- High School Diploma/GED or higher; vocational/technical degree preferred.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot independently and in teams.
- Knowledge of Lean concepts and continuous improvement.
- Experience with specific printing equipment, such as Perfect Binders and collators.
- Ability to regularly lift and move materials, including standing and physical activity.
- Experience with hard‑cover casing‑in lines and packaging/cartooning lines.
- Familiarity with computer‑based workflow applications for managing files.
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents.
- Good communication skills and teamwork experience.
