Position: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Pay
: $45.38 per hour (plus $0.80 shift differential for the 6pm‑6am shift) and a $10,000 signing bonus.

Shift & Schedule
: 6pm‑6am shift on a rotating 4 on/4 off schedule. All new hires start on the Monday‑Friday day shift for New Hire Training then transition to their regular schedule.

As a Maintenance Mechanic you will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment and machinery using hand tools, welding equipment, pneumatic and/or electric tools, and precision measuring tools. Repairs/replacements may include pumps, fans, gearboxes, piping, fabrication, conveyor systems, and large rotating equipment.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Heavy industrial experience in:
• Welding/fabrication
• Hydraulics
• Pneumatics
• Blueprint or schematic reading
• Predictive maintenance (PdM) and preventative maintenance (PM)
• Pumps and mechanical drives
• Material handling equipment
• Pass all pre‑employment testing: background check, drug screen, clinic physical, math and English reading proficiency exam

• Wear respiratory protection up to 12 hours a day
• Move around plant, climb flights of stairs up to 12 hours a day
• Work in a hot production area wearing protective clothing up to 12 hours a day
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, hearing protection)
• Lift or carry up to 80 pounds
