Supply Chain & Inventory Manager - Direct-Hire - 100% Onsite in Eagan, MN

THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a locally owned and operated distributor in their search for a Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to join their eco‑friendly and growing organization.

This position will play a key role in refining inventory management and ensuring seamless product flow from manufacturers to customers. Your expertise will support our client's commitment to product quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

• Manage demand forecasting and planning.
• Track, monitor, and manage inventory levels.
• Manage and maintain supplier and vendor relationships.
• Support data analysis and reporting by monitoring KPIs related to supply chain and inventory management.
• Implement process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across the supply chain.
• Identify potential supply chain risks and devise strategies to mitigate them.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar capacity required.
• Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices is a huge plus.

• Position is 100% onsite at Eagan, MN headquarters.
• Monday to Friday with core business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Pay is $80k to $110k annually.
