Job Description
Location:
Eagan, MN
- Unix or Linux Hardware and Application Support.
- Windows 2003, 2008 R2, 2012 Hardware and Application Support
- Incident, Change, and Problem Management Support
- Experience with Incident Management Tools such as Service Manager or Service Now
- Knowledge and support of Tomcat/Java applications
- Knowledge and Support of Oracle and MSSQL Databases
- Knowledge and Support of IBM Websphere MQ
- Knowledge and Support of Network Storage Systems (NAS, SAN)
- Experience with DNS, Networks, F5 BIGip
- Experience working Application and System Architects in the development systems and applications
- Experience with Deployment/Configuration tools such as Jenkins
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (ie Hardware/OS refreshs)
- Knowledge and Experience with Software Deployment Lifecycle concepts and application
- Experience writing technical knowledge (ie Runbooks, Work Instructions)
- Experience working with monitoring tools such as Nagious / Site Scope / GVI
- Experience in Automation development
- Experience in developing/using reporting tools and creating reports
- Familiarity with Oracle Databases
- Experience providing 24x7 On-call Support.
- Experience with web-based Java/J2EE architectures
