. About the Role
As a Security Operations Analyst you will:
- Drive network security monitoring and incident response across a global enterprise network.
- Respond, analyze, and triage alerts from a variety of tools, including IDS and SIEM.
- Collaborate with other ISRM teams to improve detection and alerting capabilities.
- Perform malware analysis using open‑source and vendor‑provided tools.
- Communicate alerts to clients regarding intrusions and compromises to their infrastructure, applications, and operating systems.
- Prepare briefings and reports on analysis methodology and results.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and related documentation.
- Generate end‑of‑shift reports for documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Maintain records of security monitoring and incident response activities using case‑management and ticketing technologies.
- Background and/or degree in cybersecurity or computer science; one or more years in a SOC or incident‑response environment is an advantage.
- Hands‑on experience investigating incidents across operating systems, networks, cloud environments, and messaging platforms.
- Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, antivirus, firewalls, forensics, and cloud‑security solutions.
- Strong understanding of threat‑detection and mitigation techniques.
- Working knowledge of networking, operating systems, servers, and workstations, with ability to troubleshoot and analyze events.
- Strong interest in continuous learning and developing cybersecurity skills.
- Experience with cloud‑security tools such as AWS or Azure is a plus. మొదలైనవి

Base salary range (US locations): $70,800 USD – $131,400 USD. Additional compensation may include an annual bonus based on performance.
