Customer Success Manager, Corporate Risk

• Serve as a deep product expert on the Risk & Fraud suite of products for assigned customers
• Deliver customer success initiatives, including co-creating success plans and conducting executive business reviews
• Develop enablement content for customers and internal teams to support digital strategy
• Build and present business plans while collaborating with cross-functional partners
• Leverage technology tools to manage client information and financial forecasts

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Customer Success portfolios or teams, preferably in SaaS
• Proven track record of driving retention, adoption, and expansion with enterprise or strategic accounts
• Hands-on experience with customer success and CRM platforms such as Gainsight, Gong, and Salesforce
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or J.D. is a plus

• Prior experience in the legal technology sector or working with Risk & legal professionals
• Functional/technical skills in GenAI systems and AI prompting engineering
• Demonstrated passion for delivering outcomes in a high-performing team
• Ability to lead with empathy, clarity, and accountability
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
