• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the adoption lifecycle of AI products
• Develop and execute tailored adoption strategies that align with customer objectives and industry best practices
• Lead onboarding sessions, workshops, and training programs for customers
• Monitor customer engagement and usage metrics, addressing barriers to adoption
• Deliver executive-level presentations and adoption reports to demonstrate value and ROI to customers

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Tax, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or solution delivery within AI, legal, tax, or trade domains
• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) and/or Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt
• Proven track record of leading customer adoption initiatives for SaaS, AI, or enterprise software solutions
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with AI-powered legal or tax technologies and their application
• Experience designing and implementing adoption frameworks specific to AI
• Knowledge of integration with enterprise systems (e.g., document management, case management)
• Consultative approach with a focus on delivering measurable customer outcomes
• Experience in a Corporate Legal department
