Software Engineer, IT Support, IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with recent hands-on implementation experience in Service Now Hardware Asset Management (HAM), specifically on the Yokohama release. This role is critical to optimizing hardware asset lifecycle processes and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering scalable Service Now solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support recent Service Now HAM implementation efforts, including configuration, customization, and deployment on the Yokohama release.
• Design and develop HAM workflows, business rules, and integrations to support hardware lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with best practices.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across the CMDB and HAM modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HAM functionality, performance, and integrations.
• Stay current with Service Now platform enhancements, particularly those introduced in the Yokohama release.
• Provide documentation, training, and support to end users and technical teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of Service Now development experience, with a strong focus on Hardware Asset Management.
• Proven track record of recent HAM implementation on the Yokohama release.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and integration with third-party asset tools.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and asset lifecycle management.
• Service Now Certified System Administrator; HAM certification strongly preferred.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Service Now Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Knowledge of software asset management (SAM) and IT operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Service Now Certified System Administrator (required).

Service Now Hardware Asset Management (HAM) certification (preferred).
