• Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, personal care) and maintaining a clean, safe environment (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishes).
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Complete required training/certification based on state regulation.
