Field Reimbursement Manager

Roseville, MN. Salary: $76,398.00–$95,514.00.
Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking an experienced professional to serve as the subject‑matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues affecting our product portfolio. The role involves educating healthcare professionals (HCPs), leading field teams, and collaborating with external partners to facilitate patient access.
Responsibilities- Analyze access and reimbursement issues and identify opportunities.
- Provide education on reimbursement, access, and coverage to field teams.
- Coordinate with third parties, including reimbursement hubs, to resolve issues.
- Supply subject‑matter expertise to support patient access to products.
- B.S./B.A. degree.
- Minimum 5 years in field reimbursement, sales, payer marketing, patient support programs, or reimbursement hub programs.
- Extensive knowledge of payer systems and health systems.
- Must reside within the territory or its boundaries.
- Advanced degree.
- Knowledge of specialty pharmacy dynamics, buy‑and‑bill processes, and Medicare Parts A, B, C, D, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
- Proven ability to educate offices on access and reimbursement processes.
- Understanding of hub activities.
