Director of Accounting and Finance

Director of Accounting & Finance role at Sky Water in partnership with a privately held, diversified organization operating at scale across the United States. The role will work closely with the CFO and have a meaningful hand in shaping, strengthening, and modernizing the finance function.

This role is being hired ahead of need and will assume meaningful day-to-day accounting and finance responsibilities, helping to streamline operations and enhance reporting while allowing the CFO to focus on broader strategic priorities.

The position offers flexibility to grow over time, with the opportunity to develop along a traditional controllership path or expand into broader finance leadership role, depending on experience and long-term interests.
