About the Role

We are seeking a Treasury & Investment Operations Analyst to support enterprise-level treasury activities for a leading healthcare and insurance organization. This role involves managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with financial standards. The position reports directly to the Treasury Manager and plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial operations and mitigating organizational risk.

Job Description

As a Treasury & Investment Operations Analyst, you will analyze daily payment applications to ensure accurate posting and timely processing. Responsibilities include researching and resolving payment errors, preparing journal entries in compliance with GAAP, and performing daily reconciliations of general ledger accounts. You will maintain effective relationships with treasury contacts, update procedures as needed, and adhere to established policies and controls.

Additional duties may be assigned to support treasury and investment objectives.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Math, Economics, Accounting, Actuarial, Treasury, Investment, FP&A, or a related discipline. Relevant work experience, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure objectives are clearly understood.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with flexibility to manage changing priorities.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of the financial and insurance industries.
  • Familiarity with banking and investment legal and regulatory environments.
  • Understanding of GAAP and experience with Accounts Receivable activities.
