CAD Technician

We are looking for a
Full-time
CAD Technician to assist our great team with infrastructure construction projects, as well as existing site surveys.

• Drafting civil construction plans.
• Supports engineering teams by performing technical tasks that require basic knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Utilizes digital tools, design software (CAD, BIM, Micro Station, 3D tools, etc.), and standardized procedures to assist in the creation, modification, and maintenance of technical documentation, drawings, and project deliverables.
• Potential to create company-wide drafting standards.

• Knowledge of construction plans and specifications.
• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in engineering design.
• Proficiency in current versions of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Arch GIS, Excel, Word, Micro Station
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with project team members and clients.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness.
• A flexible working style and the ability to work independently and with teams of specialists to meet client and project needs.
• Proven task management skills, including scheduling, prioritizing, and following up.

The hourly rate for this role will be between $32 to $40 based on experience.
