In this role, you will provide targeted coaching, feedback, and mentorship to ensure these teachers develop the instructional skills and classroom strategies needed to succeed.

Through online learning platforms, discussion boards, and live coaching sessions, you will help bridge the gap between theory and practice, fostering a supportive learning environment where new teachers can refine their craft, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
