Our Monitoring Specialists take on an especially vital role to ensure the safety of our customers, including (1) properly responding to alarm signals from our customers’ alarm systems, (2) dispatching emergency signals to police, fire, and medical agencies., (3) providing world-class customer service to our customers in their time of need.

Starting Rate $18.50/hour

Additional $3/hrfor hours worked during3rdshift on‑site in our Eagan, MNoffice.

Additional $1.00 per hour for bi‑lingual Spanish/English speakers.

Bonuses:additional $3-5/hrfor top performers,additional $1.50/hrfor average performers

Potential to earn up to $20.25/hr within your 1st year based on performance

Shift Time:4:30pm –1:00amCT(4 weekdays and 1 weekend day)

Vivint’s Alarm Monitoring Specialists protect families and property 24/7.

Dispatch police,fire,or EMS when needed.

Notify customers of non-emergency signals.

Notify account contacts of emergency signals after dispatch.

Receive and process inbound calls requesting information.

Includes comprehensive training on both alarm standard operating procedures and how toassistcustomers in emergency situations.

Must be able to reliably commute to our Eagan, MNoffice(within 50 miles)

Must be at least 18 years old

Must be able to pass an FBI criminal background check to obtain a Burglar Alarm License (or equivalent) in all 50 states

High School Diploma or equivalent
