  • Adapt existing how‑to video content into clear, accurate written documentation with screenshots and step‑by‑step instructions
  • Review, identify, and update documentation content that is outdated or no longer accurate
  • Build and organize tables of contents and landing pages to improve discoverability and usability of knowledgebase articles
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information, validate technical accuracy, and clarify product functionality
  • Use Mad Cap Flare and Mad Cap Central source control to create, manage, and maintain documentation in a team environment
  • Participate in orientation, team meetings, and other onsite or company events as required
  • Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Current active enrollment toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Communications, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Demonstrated interest in or exposure to technical writing, documentation, or content development (academic or internship experience preferred)
  • Basic understanding of HTML/XHTML and CSS, or willingness to learn markup‑based documentation
  • Effective written communication skills, with attention to clarity, consistency, and audience‑appropriate tone
  • Prior coursework, portfolio samples, or academic projects demonstrating technical or instructional writing
  • Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
  • Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation
  • Ability to work in‑office on a hybrid basis as required
