Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Designer to support a creative team in the development, revision, and final production of high-quality branded materials across digital, print, and multi-channel formats. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing creative concepts to life with precision, and has a strong eye for layout consistency, technical accuracy, and brand integrity.
The Production Designer will partner closely with designers and creative leadership to build, update, and finalize a wide variety of marketing and corporate collateral while ensuring all assets are accurate, polished, and production-ready.
- Build, update, finalize, and quality check branded marketing and corporate materials across print, digital, and presentation formats
- Prepare technically accurate files for a wide variety of deliverables, including brochures, direct mail, forms, formularies, event materials, presentations, social media assets, and web materials
- Collaborate closely with designers and creative leadership to execute creative direction efficiently and accurately
- Implement content, layout, and graphic updates while maintaining visual consistency, formatting standards, and brand guidelines
- Retouch, manipulate, and color-correct images as needed
- Maintain and update templates for commonly used formats to improve workflow efficiency and consistency
- Communicate project updates, priorities, and timelines clearly to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Support the organization and maintenance of digital assets, including proper ingestion, tagging, and management within a DAM system
- Contribute to additional creative production needs as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in a production design or production artist role
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
, including PowerPoint and Word - Excellent attention to detail with strong proofreading and file quality control skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accountability
- Interest in staying current with evolving design tools, software, and production technologies
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or other regulated industries
- Experience developing compliant or highly regulated documents
- Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and project management tools
- Experience producing interactive digital assets such as web banners, social graphics, and email creative
This is a contract role, open for extension. This role is a great opportunity for a production-focused designer who enjoys the execution side of creative work and takes pride in delivering polished, accurate, and brand-consistent materials. You’ll play an important role in helping the creative team scale output, maintain quality, and support a wide range of high-visibility marketing and corporate initiatives.
