We are seeking an Entry Level Project Engineer to support both estimating and field/project coordination activities across active construction projects. This role provides hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle—from preconstruction through closeout—and is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in construction management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and assist with cost estimates using tools such as Agtek 4D and Bluebeam (training provided).
• Support subcontractor RFQs, bid comparisons, and bid-day activities.
• Assist with project scheduling updates, coordination with utilities and subcontractors, and day-to-day field support.
• Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, submittals, RFIs, and closeout documents.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and estimating teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Internship or co-op experience in construction is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Agtek 4D or Bluebeam is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
