Administrative Assistant II

People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join our Waiver
Case Management team. This is a full-time hybrid position that will perform the administrative responsibilities in the Twin Cities area, that supports our growing case management teams in several counties.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday business hours, flexible start/end times

Location: Twin Cities, Minnesota - Hybrid, 1-2 days in-office and remote work

Hiring Range: $20.00 - $21.60 / hourly
* Based on qualifications

Hiring Bonus: $1,000 to external candidates

Job Duties:
  • Must be able to have in-office presence
  • Responsible for generating correspondence, statistical information, meeting minutes, and other general administrative support to the program.
  • Partner with the development and maintaining of workplace databases and files and working with the county system.
  • Create and maintain program files and that information is handled in accordance with company confidentiality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service from incoming callers and email inquiries, providing information, taking messages or directing them to the appropriate person.
Education and Experience:
  • Associates in Arts degree.
  • Minimum of one year of prior administrative support experience.
  • In lieu of an Associates in Arts degree and one year of prior experience, a high school diploma and three years of administrative experience may be substituted.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working with individuals who have mental illness.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior administrative support experience within a not-for-profit environment.
