This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at our Collierville, TN location. The Assistant Manager will assist in driving store performance and profitability by supporting daily operations, mentoring team members, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities will include assisting in sales goal achievement, monitoring performance metrics, maintaining product knowledge, and resolving customer inquiries. The Assistant Manager will also help ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a positive work environment to support team success.
Qualifications- Leadership and team collaboration skills, including the ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Strong sales, customer service, and retail management abilities, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering an excellent guest experience.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail and the ability to address customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication to interact clearly with team members and customers.
- Adaptability to learn new systems, technologies, and processes to ensure smooth store operations.
- Previous retail or telecommunications experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree in business, management, or a related field is a plus.
- Must meet background check and eligibility requirements for employment with Victra.
