Training Manager

The Training Manager is responsible for designing, coordinating, and overseeing onboarding and initial training programs for newly hired assembly employees. This role ensures that new team members receive comprehensive orientation, safety instruction, and foundational technical skills before transitioning to their assigned production areas. The Training Manager also provides ongoing coaching, retraining, and continuous improvement of training processes to maintain workforce readiness and compliance.

* Qualifications:

** 5+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or training role.

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to teach hands-on skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with HR and functional SMEs. Experience in developing training programs and managing training logistics.
