LHH is partnering with a leading transformer manufacturer in search of an Assistant Controller for their Dyersburg, TN office. This is a hands‑on role that will have oversight in AP, AR, financial reporting and month‑end closing. They are looking for someone with a passion for financial operations and being part of the leadership team in driving business to meet financial goals.

This is a direct‑hire job with a salary that pays between $92K-$115K plus bonus.

• Lead the AP and AR teams across several manufacturing locations
• Oversight of invoicing, collections, cash applications, billing and assist resolving issues surrounding sales and customer service
• Manage AR aging, participate in following up on overdue accounts, revenue recognition

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
• 5+ years of experience in accounting with at least 2 years as a leader/supervisor
• Proven record of working with high‑volume/fast‑paced environments or multi‑location experience
