Description
Support newly launched projects for process documentation and improvement for Key Performance Indicators
Success Criteria / Outcomes- Tracking key performance indicators for each project such as Not Right First Time Through and Downtime
- Achieve key performance milestones (5% DT and NRFTT)
- Monthly review of KPI'S and individual projects to meet targets
- Support Engineering to achieve timely project completion
- Tactical based projects related to Mechanical Engineering and deign
- Modeling software experience
- Presentation style and comfort with project deliverables
- Support current engineering staffing on launch activities
- Share new engineering skillsets to current engineering staff
- Create pipeline of talent to NSK
- Provide input to local university regarding NSK opportunities
- Must be a full-time student
- Prefer students in Junior or Senior status
- Prefer GPA of 3.5+
