Role DescriptionThis is a hybrid role for a Consultant Pharmacist located in Indianapolis and the surrounding area. The Consultant Pharmacist will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care services, conducting medication therapy management reviews, collaborating with healthcare providers, visiting facilities monthly, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications- Clinical Pharmacy Skills, Medication Therapy Management, and Pharmaceutical Care services
- Collaboration with healthcare providers and Interdisciplinary Teams
- Knowledge of State and Federal pharmacy regulations
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
