Pay Details:
RN: $46.53
LPN: $42.18

Work Setting:
Onsite | Long-Term Care / Post-Acute Facility
Work Environment:, on-site in the Duxbury, MA
Impactful Work: Lead nursing assistants and ensure top-quality care in a long-term care setting.

Certification Requirements:

• RN or LPN License - Massachusetts (Required)
• BLS Certification - (Required)

Skill Requirements:

• Licensed to practice as an RN or LPN in MA
• Ability to assess resident needs and monitor conditions
• Skilled in developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Supervision of CNAs and other personnel in direct care
• Passionate about improving the lives of others
• Understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Prior experience in long-term care or post-acute settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine assessments and communicate any changes in condition
• Oversee care delivery and provide supervision during night shifts
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of care
• Ensure compliance with facility standards and applicable regulations
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update resident care plans
• Support and direct CNAs during care activities
