Product Manager HVAC; m​/f​/d

Overview

Our Client is a subsidiary of a Big Group. The Group is established in 1978 and is a state-owned backbone enterprise under the direct control of the central government. Our Client is on the list of the world's top 500 companies.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update essential sales support materials, including product specifications, online content, competitive cross-references, and technical application guides.
• Determine market and customer needs and collaborate with management to develop business cases for new product development and establish product roadmaps.
• Develop marketing plans for our products, assess the effectiveness of marketing programs, and manage the launch of new products and releases.
• Regularly analyze market data from industry sources to assess our competitive position and product performance in the market and maintain a database of competing products.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

• 10+ years of experience in water heater related industry is required.
• 5+ years of experience in product managing/marketing roles is required.
• Previous experience in instant water heating or HVAC industry is desirable.
• Ability to maintain a professional and positive relationships with customers, have a solid understanding of markets and applications to drive roadmaps.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, self-managing, creative, and flexible with the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• German as motherlanguage.
• Very good knowledge of English, other languages e.g. Chinese an advantage
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with product development processes and methodologies.
