• Responsible for performance management of global business areas in compliance with guidelines

• University degree in mathematics or economics and/or equivalent training in the insurance industry with several years of professional experience
• Proven international P&C track record
• Intercultural affinity and excellent communication skills in a multinational environment
• Team player with flexibility and strong networking skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Business fluent English
